Bookings: Please choose a tour date to match your requirements. Your ticket is good for two days at any
time during our season.
Last minute bookings: Bookings can be made up to and including the date of the tour.
Rates: All prices quoted are per person and shown in Canadian dollars. It should be understood that the
rates include our administration, planning and operational expenses and applicable taxes. All rates are subject to change
without notice.
Form of payment: Big Bus Victoria Inc accepts VISA and MasterCard.
Changes to dates on ticket: Your ticket is valid for two full days ay any time during our season.
Disabilities: Big Bus Victoria Inc does not discriminate against persons on the basis of disability.
Cancellations/refunds (non-special events): All Sales are final..
Company liability policy: The purchase of a Big Bus Victoria Inc Tour or any portion thereof constitutes
acceptance of these terms and conditions and limitations as to liabilities set forth herein.
By agreeing to utilize the services of Big Bus Victoria Inc the guest agrees that neither Big Bus Victoria Inc or its
affiliates, nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset,
disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Big Bus Victoria Inc
or its affiliates, or its or their employees or agents. Further, the guest agrees that neither Big Bus Victoria Inc nor its affiliates,
nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal
injury, accident or death, loss, damage or delay resulting from: (1) The act or omission on
the part of any person other than Big Bus Victoria In or its employees; (2) Acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes,
mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond Big Bus Victoria Inc' direct control.
No person, other than a representative of Big Bus Victoria Inc authorized by a document in writing may vary, add or waive
any term or condition, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. Written notice of any claim
against Big Bus Victoria Inc must be received no later than 14 days after the date that services were provided to a guest.
